Description:
This is the official quasi–geoid model for Poland. It was elaborated by adjustment of the global quasi-geoid model EGM2008 to 570 geodetic points (satellite-leveling points). The adjustment was based on the three-dimensional (7-parameters) conformal transformation, removing systematic errors and improving the fitting on 570 geodetic points from 3.3 cm to 2.3 cm. The provided height anomalies are the difference of geodetic heights in the PL-ETRF2000-GRS80h system and normal heights in the PL-KRON86-NH system.
